Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Complete set with all attachments and gifts

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Products purchased at a discount or free shipping – exchange and return is not possible.We were evacuated from Ukraine to Germany because of the war.

We do not provide rental services for crowns and dream catchers for photo shoots.

Crowns are custom items after being used by you for a photo shoot – cannot be returned.Before buying, read the description of the product – crowns are made on a metal base and a plastic halo.
If you were delivered, you were not at home, you did not come to your post office for an order, the parcel was in storage, the parcel was returned to Ukraine, USA, GERMANY or disposed of by the DHL postal service – the cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer, a refund of 55% of the cost of the goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Crown with obvious signs of use
Dreamcatcher, that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your pay pal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your pay pal company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your pay pal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {craftuahandmade@gmail.com}


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you need consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Purchasing before big Holidays
Before big Holidays the delivery time growing up +10-15 days for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 1 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.

Custom and personalised orders
Cancellation is possible only for 12 hours after you’ve made an order.
Please contact me ASAP!

Please Note!! After your cancellation I`ll send your money back, but minus 10% of the whole transaction. I pay taxes from each transaction automatically and this sum can not be refunded.

I accept PayPal only. Order will not be shipped until payment is received. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the sale will be canceled.

Shipping address and Shipping method
Please make sure that your addres and Paypal addresses match. If they do not, and I am unable to contact you, I will send items to the address provided by order. I can not be responsible for mail delays or orders “lost in the mail” due to undeliverable addresses.
All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Germany – USA – Ukraine.


It includes tracking number and insurance. Each package has delivery confirmation.

Custom Fees and Duties
Please be aware, all custom fees and any duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all unexpected customs charges. Customs charges are not included in your shipping cost. It is up to you – the buyer to check on these fees. International orders may have a duty that is due when your order arrives depending on the country. That is your responsibility. I have no control over who may be charged a duty tax and what that might be. Orders get marked “gift” on the customs form.

How to pay with a card via PayPal
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

2.) You’ll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn’t sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

It takes at least 10-14 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 8-14 business days to USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand – 14-25 business days.
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

If you need to receive our product as soon as possible there two other FAST DELIVERY methods for that:
– First option takes 5-10 days for item to be delivered to you.
– Second option takes 1-4 days for item to be delivered to you.

The time I need I prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually I do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that I prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don’t count!
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different proccesses. Each proccess has its own term.

Shipping origin
Most of the store’s goods are shipped from USA and Germany and Ukraine around the world. But there are some products that are sent from a warehouse in the United States only in the United States. The country of dispatch is indicated for each listing. Please be attentive and pay attention to the country of dispatch when making your purchase.

Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly depending on the settings of your computer monitor!
