We accept PayPal only. Your order will not be shipped until payment is received. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase; otherwise, the sale will be canceled.
How to Pay with a Card via PayPal
- Click “Check out with PayPal” — you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website.
- Select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” instead of logging into a PayPal account.
- Fill in your billing and card details, then enter your email address for a receipt.
- Click Continue to return to the store. Your payment is processed after clicking Submit order.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are shipped via international registered airmail from Germany with tracking number and insurance. Each package includes delivery confirmation.
- 📦 Europe: 10–14 business days (Italy & Spain may take longer, Germany 3–6 days)
- 🇺🇸 USA: 8–14 business days
- 🌎 Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia: 14–25 business days
- 🇨🇦🇦🇺 Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 14–25 business days
International shipping can be unpredictable due to customs delays. Once a parcel leaves Germany, it becomes the responsibility of your local postal service. A tracking number will always be provided.

Order Preparation
Processing time before shipping: 1–5 business days. Orders are prepared and shipped Monday–Friday only (excluding weekends). Please note that production and shipping are separate processes, each with its own timeline.
Shipping Origin
Most products are shipped from Germany. Some items are sent from a U.S. warehouse for domestic delivery. The dispatch country is specified in each product listing. Customs Fees & Duties
All custom fees and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the shipping cost. International orders are marked as “gift” on the customs form. Holiday Season Notice
Before major holidays, delivery times may increase by 10–15 days due to postal delays. After December 1, timely delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
