Purchasing before Big Holidays
Before major holidays, delivery times may increase by 10–15 days for all countries due to high postal demand. After December 1, we cannot guarantee that your purchase will arrive before Christmas.
Custom and Personalised Orders
Order cancellation is possible only within 12 hours after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Important: In case of cancellation, a refund will be issued minus 10% of the transaction total (non-refundable taxes).
Payment
We accept PayPal only. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Payment must be completed within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the order will be canceled.
How to Pay with a Card via PayPal

- Select “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” instead of logging in.
- Fill in your billing and card details, and enter your email address for a receipt.
- Click Continue to return to ANNA-BIJOUTERIE.COM. Your payment is sent once you click Submit order.
Shipping Address & Method
Please ensure your ORDER and PayPal addresses match. If they differ and we cannot reach you, items will be sent to the address provided in your ORDER. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
All packages are shipped via international registered airmail from Germany and include a tracking number, insurance, and delivery confirmation.

International delivery may experience customs delays. Once a parcel leaves Germany, it becomes subject to your local postal service. A tracking number is always provided.

Order Preparation
Orders are usually prepared within 1–5 business days and shipped Monday through Friday (weekends excluded). Please note: production and shipping are separate processes, each with its own timeline.
Shipping Origin
Most items are shipped from Germany. Some products are shipped from a U.S. warehouse for domestic delivery. The dispatch country is specified in each listing — please review it carefully before purchasing.
Custom Fees & Duties
All custom fees and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. These costs are not included in the shipping price. International orders are marked as “gift” on customs forms, but duties may still apply depending on your country.

Yes, we accept custom orders! With a background in architecture and interior design, we can create unique, durable, and beautifully crafted handmade pieces of any size. Every creation is one of a kind — we value originality over repetition.
Purchase Returns
Items purchased at a discount or with free shipping cannot be returned or exchanged. Crowns and dream catchers are custom items and non-returnable after use.
If a parcel is returned due to non-pickup, incorrect address, or local postal storage expiration, the buyer covers return shipping costs. Refunds are limited to 75% of the item’s price.
